D2 Global Ltd are pleased to announce the completion of a management buy-out and restructure of the Board of Directors. The transition of ownership sees co-founder David Diesbergen step down as CEO. Dave will continue to support the Business as Non-Executive Director to the D2 leadership team with Simon Blair stepping into the CEO role.
Simon Blair, the new CEO of D2 Global Ltd said: “We have been working closely with David and our leadership team over the course of this year to ensure a seamless transfer of ownership; a move which supports David in his personal goals and ensures the best possible opportunities for the D2 community and our clients.
